Personally I'd like to see a comic of that, though amethyst is my favourite gem, mostly because she's the only one I sympathise with most of the time, seriously pearl had mental breakdown because she didn't know everything about a gem she loved and essentially stalked where as garnet, well, garnet is cool but not really a character you can sympathise / empathise with, and peridot and lapis are (as of now)under developed so I'm not really going to state my opinions of them, but I can admit I like them, I can appreciate the short nerdy type and the lanky recluse type hell they're pretty hot too if given the chance I'd have my way with their seductive and delicious boddesses then again who wouldn't, though I imagine most people would rather garnet because of her large chest and thighs, though I imagine peridot or lapis would supply a far more stable and intimate relationship in contrast to the other gems then again I could be totally wrong, I suppose lapis might be a bit of a loose cannon and I guess peridot wouldn't really be the type to snuggle with, then again I'm a big softy so I guess for me amethyst would totally be the gem of choice though if it were out of all the Steven universe characters I would probably go with Sadie, mostly because she seems pretty flirty and I myself prefer a girl with "mass" as pearl would phrase it though I think that Sadie and amethyst have similar adequate and not overly large "masses" though you know we all have our own personal choices of fetish and ideological girl / sentient non gendered rock, though if given the choice for a stable relationship with Sadie or a party life adrenaline high relationship with amethyst I think I'd choose Sadie but I think Sadie is a pretty modern lass so I recon she'd be down for a threesome, though in general if I could have that kind of stable relationship with amethyst I think I'd enjoy it more mostly because while amethyst is more rowdy and Sadie is softer yet stubborn I think that one side of a relationship has got to be the masculine and one has to be more feminine and I myself am rather feminine and amethyst seems more masculine, so overall I think I'd try to have a stable relationship with amethyst over having a relationship with Sadie.
