The bulge on the outside caused by the fetus of a pregnant character moving around. Most commonly occurs in a pregnant belly, but can occur wherever the pregnancy is, such as the breast (breast_pregnancy), or the testicles (testicle_pregnancy).

Not to be confused with struggling prey, when they were absorbed and swallow alive related to vore.
