Tagged when character's penis is not directly visible, but can be seen as clearly present under clothing, erect or not. As the penis is not directly visible, this should not be tagged in conjunction with penis or balls (except in the rare cases where the the latter are visible while penis isn't).

* penis_shaped_bulge - when a penetrating|penetration penis's shape is discernible through skin, more clearly defined than standard stomach_bulge.
* sheath_outline when a penis is fully_sheathed and the sheath is making the outline.
