I don't visit Pornhub often, but I popped over there and was greeted with a big banner saying that in only a few days, the site will begin requiring a government id to access it as mandated by some new law or something. I don't fully understand, but what I interpret this to mean, is that you will have to reveal your identity and entrust them with some pretty crucial and personal information if you just want to see some tiddies. My question is, is this just a Pornhub thing, or is this going to be universal across all 18+ websites, including this one? If it's just Pornhub some other similar sites, no big deal, I barely go there since I generally prefer anime girls over 3D women, but if this is going to be a global pornsite lockdown, I'm wondering if I should go into full panic mode and spend every waking moment until the law goes into effect downloading as many lewd pictures, videos, and video game mods from my favorite sites as possible in order to have enough fap material to last me the rest of my life?



Or, if I completely misinterpreted that notification and this is just a big load of nothing and we'll all still be able to look at booba online without needing to surrender our personal info, then please let me know.

I doubt it. Porn is restricted in my state, but boorus don't seem to be affected. You can also use a VPN (with a price of course) to bypass the restrictions on the sites that are affected.

We block states afflicted with the stealth porn ban they call age verification.

Project 2025 calls for the banning and criminalization of porn, what will happen if they come about, is anyone guess, but the Republicans seem to want to go down the puritan path.

Sadly the next few years is going to get more wild, I wouldn't be surprised if the UK would be short to follow considering their past with Pornography and Censorship, not to mention a lot of more right leaning countries like Italy and Germany also going after stuff too, hopefully we can combat such puritism but again, it's going to be bumpy ride
