(guy) Uh! Yes Yes!
(girl) And my hair ... is it not like silk?!
(guy) Absolutely!
(girl) Are my breasts not like small mountains that point to heaven?!
(guy) mmm-hmmm, of course!
(girl) My little nest, is it not more comfy?!
(guy) (slurp!) oh yes, Lulu!
(girl) Ah, christian! I love when you say such things!
(last line is a loose translation ... she says "I love when things come from your cheeks" ... which implies "I love when such things come out of your mouth". The joke here, though, is that she's the one saying everything, and he's just agreeing with her. But, she implies that he's the one complimenting her.)
