The game's premise is that widowed, divorced, or never-married mothers from all over the world have been invited to stay at a tropical island resort for a one-week vacation with their offspring, who are either children or teenagers, for Mother's Day 2023, and are given special necklaces that allow them to transform into sexually-appealing [[alternate_form]]s so they can fight in a tournament organized by [[millie_fitzgerald]], the resort owner, who is also [spoiler]the game's final boss[/spoiler].
