The artist's intent matters; a scene with no visible onlookers and no visible shame can qualify if they're mentioned in the original description. The threshold for "not covered by clothing" is not clear-cut. Anything clearly designed as clothing, that covers her nipples and both holes by itself, is too much. The same limits apply for bath towels, although any towel that's being held in place instead of wrapping around her back gets a pass.
