When someone simply does not make any effort to stop the sexual actions being done.

Not to be confused with consensual actions; this tag is typically to be used in cases where it may not be appropriate to do the actions in question but the subject lets them do it anyway; such as when it hinders the subject in some way, or in cases such as rape or defeat_sex where the rape_victim or subject just lets the rapist or attacker do as they wish to them because of fear or exhaustion.

This tag has a pretty broad scope so there could be multiple contexts as to why this tag is used on a post.
