ENF for short. A female whose nipples, vagina or ass are not covered by clothing, and is embarrassed about someone who can see them or could potentially see them. The artist's intent matters; a scene with no visible onlookers and no visible shame can qualify if they're mentioned in the original description.
The threshold for "not covered by clothing" is not clear-cut. Anything clearly designed as clothing, that covers her nipples and both holes by itself, is too much. The same limits apply for bath towels, although any towel that's being held in place instead of wrapping around her back gets a pass.
Try not to use this tag for sex acts if it's unclear whether she's specifically embarrassed about the naked part. If she is enthusiastic about it, use Exhibitionism, although if she's nervous about that, you can use both.
