The skin color is probably correct. The artist have in all likelihood just picked the color for Tina from an episode of Bob's Burgers and the color for Chris from an episode of Family Guy. Put them side-by-side and you put two different art styles with different scene light together and the contrast appears. One interesting fact about our cognition is that we take other clues than skin color in account, to determinate someones etnicity. If you take photographs of people in the same light from all over the world, then cut out just their foreheads (so no "racial" features is visible, just color) and then let people sort the cutout after percieved race, and the error rate and overlap is astounding! Also note that there seems to be somewhat a canon, or at least fan theory, that the Belchers are immigrants from southern or southeastern Europe, while the Griffins (at least Peter) is of Irish descent.
