This is from my Public Shaming gallery. It's a series about criminals being publicly shamed in the nude for crimes that they have committed. In the above scene, Sarah and Carly thought that they would get away with stealing a few cars from a parking garage. But since they were caught, they must spend three weeks being publicly shamed. But at least they will be released afterwards and dodge a prison sentence. But the humiliation will be brutal. Anyway, it's all part of my public shaming series.
