Terry had become the cat thief for the whole neighborhood. So angry did she make the residents of the small town, that when she finally got caught, they decided to strip her naked and publicly shame her. The cops eventually came to arrest her, but not after the entire town had humiliated her. They wanted to be certain that her identity would be all over the Internet. At least the judge took mercy on Terry, and gave her a mere fine before sending her on her way. Terry in the meantime was going to have to relocate since everybody knew her identity. And not just that, they also had an endless amount of pictures of her as well. ----This is from my Crime and Punishment gallery.
