1st panel

(man) "Nope, I'm sorry I cannot ... it makes me feel uncomfortable."


2nd panel

(man) "I feel too much like watching" ("I feel like we're being watched"... in reference to the cat staring at them, making it feel awkward having sex in front of the cat)

I'm not sure if there's a greater cultural / contextual joke here or not, but the simple version is that second panel makes you think he's uncomfortable trying to fuck her with the cat watching them. But she says don't be shy and to just fuck her. And he responds with "ok, I will" like it's no big deal now. But, the last panel when he says that has the big reveal that they're actually fucking in front of her family, too, and she thinks he shouldn't worry about them watching as well.
