Now all we gotta do is get Tracey Skechit in on this and we would have the most cannon representation of the Misty pairings. Pokeshipping , Gymshipping and Orongeshipping. People only pefer Pokeshipping because Ash is "cute" In retrospect the other two are just as if not more likely to happen. Pokeshippers always take May and Dawn out of the equation.

Pokeshipping is a pairing of Ash and Misty. As long as I can remember, there's been a fandom for each and every character paired with another. Ex: Gymshipping is Brock and Misty for obvious reasons and Orangeshipping I cant remember exactly why. All of shippings with Ash and his female companions are very popular (Amourshipping being most popular for many many reasons)

Bulbapedia has all of the info you need and it's very straight-forward.

May and Dawn are out of the question because of May liking Drew and Dawn being playfully teased by her childhood redhead boy (I cant remember his name but he usually calls Dawn, Dee Dee). Same with Misty because of Tracy and Iris because of Cilan.
