Please excuse my Pokemon illiteracy, I've never watched the show, or played the video game or whatever. But I have a question about this character. What is she supposed to be? A mutant? Is she from some other dimension or planet? The reason I ask is all the brown skinned women on this world have nipples that are also brown, usually a darker brown than the surrounding skin.

Yet her's are often pink.

Szalinski Wow... You never saw a dark skinned girl naked before? That's actually the dumbest question I've ever read. It doesn't matter what skin tone a girl has, she'll have either light, dark, or pink nipples just like men.
