The translation provided can be understood only to the minimum. Good effort though. But can someone with a better knowledge improve this? And add some humor? It would be worth the effort for everybody.

Guy goes to doctor. Says he has an emergency.

The lady says she's busy, but will make time for him seeing as it's an emergency.

He's listless and depressed. She knows just how to fix that...

She tells him to get undressed immediately. They start fucking.

After a good fuck, she says that the "treatment" costs 150 marks ($75). He feels great, so he thinks it's a bargain.

Next time he feels listless and depressed. Goes to doctor. A guy doctor sees him. Says he's just low on iron, and prescribes iron pills for 5 marks ($2.50).

He sees the female doctor walk by (who is actually just the nurse), and says to the male doctor (the real doctor) "if you don't mind, I'd prefer the same treatment I got last time for 150 marks"

(Doctor is confused, because he doesn't know what "treatment" he got lost time)
