#417510You are technically correct. To explain, the kid is indeed Manic. I was basing this picture on a personal AU headcanon where Manic, instead of growing up with thieves, was instead dropped off to Paulie and Brenda Parlouzer, Manic being given the name Nicky. The reason he's still green instead of blue will be explained when we reach the mating scene between him and Amy. Admittedly this was partially to give Amy another love interest while Sonic stayed with Sally.
