Prime's seem to be just a warframe in a more powerful and ultimate form, but I never really read much on the lore about them.

but valkyr used to be a different frame, but when she was kidnapped and experimented on it really messed her up and she became a new one. it's kinda like wolverine if he was x-23
so people were expecting a different frame for her prime, but this one breaks the lore of her being a berserker before her accident

Yeah, was never sure if the Tenno faction history and such. I'm familiar with it, but at times confused or unsure at times.
