"Captcha not solved," with no Captcha to solve

Whether in incognito or not, and with no ad-block, I keep getting told "Captcha not solved" even though this site doesn't make use of Captcha, so it's pretty much impossible to communicate on this site at times - how can you solve a Captcha when there isn't one showing up?

Something at your end is blocking captcha, it's working normally.

Side bar removed on mobile

The 3 lines at the top left are just gone, meaning everytime I want to go to the forums from any post or page number I have to tap the xbooru logo then into the forums. I'll check my laptop to see if it's the same later but I mainly use mobile for this.

Trying to contact a supposedly banned user

I wanted to contact someone about some art they uploaded and apparently they're banned (and thus can't check their DMs). Said art is not on any other websites and nor is the person' username, so alternative contact is impossible. Is there any way to still contact the person?
