Xbooru - a doujinshi section

a doujinshi section

I think it would be really neat to see a doujin section on xbooru sometime in the future. I say this mainly because I see full doujins uploaded onto the image boards and going from page to page is a hassle as they cannot be read by simply clicking the "next post" button due to other pics being in betweeen and such. I definitely think that would be a cool thing to impliment, though I don't know how hard it would be to create. I'm just throwing out the idea of having one in the future to clear up the pages from the image boards and have a place for them that can be more organized and much easier to read.

This does not need xbooru extra because this area already exists (see link). The problem is that only a few user comics pack together in pools. Unfortunately the user like you and I have to do later by trying to find the individual pictures and put them together in a pool.

I admit, however, that the pool section is anything but ideal for the comics and the like, since there are other picture collections. The overview is lost.

HI agree i been posted comics doujinshi for awhile, I don't post them fully but two or three page. Actually four page I guess. I need to post more of it cause it look exotic to me

well then, what about moving those comics over to the doujin site, with a forum post of each comic on this site that gets deleted with a url post to the specific comic ovet at the doujin site, since that site is catered to reading doujins easily, while this site is catered toward singular images . It's just an idea, because trying to read a doujin on this site is a tad unconventional, even with the pool system. Or an even cooler idea would be where doujins look like a pile of images stacked on each other, kinda like how webms have a blue boarder, but this would have 4-5 pics peeking out of the bottom right whenever a set of pics get pooled with the description of it being a doujin (since some people like to pool pics of character of fetishes they like), so that way you know that you can have doujins on this site without them looking cluttered whenever you look up a character. I would have no clue how much coding it would take to do that though

and on the later note, if we went with that. We could make sections on the pool section for character list, fetish list, doujin list, artist list, ect. that way we could make it somewhat easier to find out what is a doujin and what is not and such.

The problem is, Kielan can not do anything here. He is not allowed to change the programming of Booru.

I think times since you can specify the source of the image, in a post, it is (I think) also allows sources to insert comic or doujin pages in the description of the pool.

The tag search allows already, doujin independently, the search for certain keywords, plus the tag "comic". Examples: watersports comic, pokemon comic impregnation, comic incest, comic 3d, comic watersports -gore -scat. The problem is just that just the keywords are usually not written and the images are simply loosely inserted into the Booru without pool. The big problem on xbooru (unfortunately) are the users who upload the images, (is unfortunately a problem of all sides). As beautiful as it is if they bring the page many pictures, but it is worthless if they have no more than "1girl" and "tagme" as keywords. If they were provided with the correct keywords one could also separate with the search comic and doujin.

Your ideas are quite interesting, but on xbooru it will not be feasible, because ke Kielan, the right does not have.
