I've never watched an entire episode but I know the mane 6 and quite a few other ponies and locations, but I'm not sure if you mean what I think the ages are or if I've to guess the ages on the show?

It's hard to say exactly since it's never said in the show. But I would say they aged between 18 to 25. And I'll tell you why I think that . I believe that the mane 6 are around that age because if look at how they live. They all live away from their parents. They have jobs and or their own businesses. And they do have adult problems that the younger audience can also understand and relate to.

Well, considering the Equestria Girls counterparts are in high school, the US age would be between 16-18 for the Mane Six for them, so I'd put the pony versions at a similar age myself.
