That old man was the most hateful person I've seen in the USA. He protested at Matthew Shephards funeral, as well as any funerals where the deceased were gay, military, or died of HIV or AIDS. That he finally died is worth nothing less than pure celebration!

Self-proclaimed Christians without any valid sacraments or apostolic succession. They stand (he stood) against popular cultural opinions in a crude and tasteless way. That in itself is something; I haven't the word. Personally, as terrible it is to say, I don't believe his faith merited him much. Regardless, do not celebrate the destruction of those without power.
