That's rather difficult to say, really.. Primary advantage I suppose is the sheer numbers e6 has- post count, # of active uploaders, number of daily posts (that interest me, anyway. I've noticed an uptick in that here, but still..) upload quality, and comment quality.
Don't get me wrong, this site has great potential, it's just not a very big booru, which as a whole is a small part of the porn, ah, "community"... I'll still be here now and again, but I realized a lot of what I enjoyed was uploading things here; that isn't really possible given my circumstances. I wish I could help this site grow in content, and hopefully thus, users, but I can't. Hopefully this site gets wider notice like back when gelbooru linked here in a news bulletin, but right now the sheer lack of uploaders kills it.

Lol, no. I just asked out of curiosity.
P.S. Xbooru isn't the only site we own, btw. :P This site was owned by the same person that owns Gelbooru. We could always sync images from other boards for content but that eliminates the purpose. Xbooru is meant to be a user-generated booru entirely.
Other of our sites including rule34.xxx, tbib.org and some bigger ones on the booru.org network sync from a variety of sites (including e6, gelbooru, etc) so you might find something you like there too. :)
P.S. TBIB syncs pretty much everything there is to sync. 3 613 239 images and counting.
