tag checks for SimsPictures
I have noticed this one seems to find some great stuff. Sadly they can't tag for shit. Rather than ban them how about someone just double check they're pics.

Don't bother because they enforcing the tag rule, so who cares.
Uploads require no tags.
It's quantity over quality.
New upload content matters more then enforcing that tag rule.
