Because some one needs to do it? You keep saying that the booru is going downhill. Please tell me, compared to the previous owner who did not moderate this AT ALL, how are we doing SO BAD that you guys are constantly not happy with us.

Tell us how to improve, tell us what we're doing wrong. But don't expect me or Slayerduck to just wave around a magic wand and to suddenly fix everything.

Keep in mind that the website is moving to an even faster server in the very near future, so the website should be even faster, is that not important for anyone at all? The website went through plenty of upgrades and plenty of cleaning after we picked it up and yet people are still not happy. What do we need to do to make you all happy? I'm honestly at a loss of words here...

now the previous owner quit, i just know it cause i was here about couple of year ago. i were on forum just to looking around, and i heard or saw the previous owner wrote on here said "i quit". i don't know why he quit but that all i know. if you don't believe me; don't listen to me

We just need more of a community, rather then anonymous users that can't help popping in and out; doesn't matter how much "Traffic" you're booru gets if nobody is will to help keep the Booru alive. Get enough Non-tagged or barely tagged pics on here and people will get tired and start leaving, is that what you wish to happen? That is all I'm stating...

Regarding traffic - we haven't seen a decline so far, quite the opposite. So you are wrong, and statistics prove you wrong.

Also, you haven't left for so much time despite there being untagged images.

People fail to realize one thing - untagged content is in no way destroying tagged content. It's just as simple as that. I may ask slayerduck to run another tag sync when we switch to the new machine, but it takes up a lot of resources to do a sync and then rebuild the entire tag index. It's better to have the image with poor tags then to not have the image at all.

Also, there being no anonymous users won't help the site at all. It will decrease traffic, which is not good for the website as a whole.

We've given suggestions after suggestions & you've written it off as one big cry fest. You can't even ask that & expect to be taken seriously LMAO.

And i'm sorry to say but davehytmen is right.
It seems You & Slayer care more about quantity them quality.
And OMG stop with the XBOORU HAS SO MUCH TRAFFIC.
DUH! With numerous BOORUS of course there's going to be TONS of traffic.
When your slinging the BOORU name around your going to get someone's attention & peek curiosity.

To put it another way.
Out of all the traffic how many join Xbooru?
How many stay & join Safebooru.
How many join Danbooru, Monster Girl booru, or whatever booru there is.
How many new MEMBERS not visitors *anonymous users* does each booru get to JOIN *signup* & be part of the image uploading community?
How many members aren't members of another booru ?

Your for quantity & not quality.

The only suggestion ever was to remove anonymous users and ban SimsPictures, I have explained numerous times why neither of those things are happening.

P.S. I don't expect anything of you anymore, being taken seriously the least out of everything...

Actually we suggested a better system for tagging images, the banning of SimPictures i don't understand why on that lol.

2. And what i asked is YOU think WE should take your question seriously.
Because what you expect of each member beyond following the rules of Xbooru is irrelevant.
However i will say you & Slayer has done a very excellent job of updating Xbooru servers, keeping it running & ironing out some technical issues.

I don't want & i'm trying not to gain up on you.
But what's happening is some of the members, long time members i'm guessing, is trying to get a respectable Xbooru community going & you & Slayer aren't really helping in that department.
Most care about Xbooru & are trying to weed out undesirable elements but you & Slayer makes that impossible by making Xbooru & every Booru a revolving door for Trolls.

But like you've said if members don't like it then leave, so where would Xbooru be without them ?
Most likely still a giant revolving door for Trolls & you with Slayer would go through this all over again.

And davehytmen is right because You can access 90% of gelbooru.com without an account, how much of a percentage can you access Xbooru without an account.
