While AssMan's sentiment was totally uncalled for; it should be noted that writing a story on a picture (involving the people in the picture) is quite different from writing a stand alone. Either (as happens way too often with so-called 'captions') the writer of the short story lacks creativity to write a good story (in which case you can downvote the story comment), or they do indeed have creativity but they'd like to express that on the picture, not as a text-only stand alone.
