Hey alaron,do you think you can change when you comment,and it says "a few keystrokes might make this more interesting"
its a little annoying when I'm trying to post a short comment.
Also,when going through pages,it will sometimes say the search is overloaded,and recently certain words will have spam like advertisements,just letting you know a few things that could be changed.

The "few keystrokes" limitation is there for a reason. Don't want small, spammy comments. Granted, it's still full of spammy comments cus you can just fill up the limitation with extra symbols, but meh. It has always been like this on all of our websites.

The search being overloaded means that the search takes more then 2 seconds to load. Can't do anything about that at the moment. The code for xbooru is kind of old-ish. I may just ask Slayerduck to increase the cap from 2 seconds to about 4 seconds or something similar.

And about "words having spam like advertisements": I don't really understand what you mean there. Can you please elaborate?

oh ok,just was curious about that,and on certain words in comments if you put the arrow on it a little window advertisement of those cheesy internet adds pops up,not really a big deal but those things usually have viruses or spam.

I doubt it,it only happens on this site and just started a couple od days ago.

I think that was a plugin in your web browser. Go check your plugins on what ever browser you are using. You should disable everything that you do not use regularly.

I think that's your browser's attempt to locate content relevant to w/e you have mouse-over'ed.
