Does anyone take art requests... for free?

What do you mean by art?

Say how about Virtua Quest? aka Virtua Fighter Cyber generation. it's my favorite game. i wish i could see. toka, rask, tito, sei, fan and hayame nude

Just a blind guess, but I think the point of the question is that we're looking for someone doing comissions without charging the one who has a request, if that's the case, good luck. I've been looking for ages to find someone.

I doubt that you'll find a good artist that does free commissions. It's normally not worth the time for them. They do occasionally release free stuff which get distributed all over as a form of marketing for them but an actual specific commission request for free...? Very unlikely.
