Why are anonymous allowed to flag anything, seen or not?
And why would members need to be anonymous when making comments or flagging anything ?

Anonymous users can view all content on the website, they can post comments and report comments. And that's about it.

Ok why not have it where you have to join in order to leave comments. More incentive to join Xbooru.
I mean there's not much to Xbooru as is, you upload images, post on the forum, view all images which you don't have to be a member to do.
You pretty much get all the good stuff of Xbooru without being a member. So why not give more of a reason to join instead of just window shopping.
Take away everything except the ability to view images.
Also what about creating a members section or members only can view full size images.

All of these are pointless and in the end hurt the website (less visitors). So ... No.

All of these also go against the philosophy of the booru websites. Booru.org is entirely free, rule34.xxx is free, xbooru.com is free, TBIB.org is free.... Everything is free and nothing has limitations.

The only limitations we have are from advertisement companies which don't want their adds to appear around certain kinds of content.
