For those of you who don't know her, this is Aurelia, a bonus from Soul Calibur III's "Chronicles of the Sword" mode. youtube.com/watch?v=n4Wh197NNkg&feature=shares She is the queen of the Dalkia empire, and the final opponent of Chronicle 12. Her weapon is a segmented sickle, a base style designed for custom created characters, heavily influenced by Ivy.
