This is Rachel. She thought that she could rob the place but then got captured. Now, she is being publicly shamed for her criminal act. This is all part of a series that I do call 'Public Shaming'. It's based on a world that has over populated prisons and high crime, so they must resort to public humiliation as a means to punish those who misbehave. Anyway, it's a fun gallery to do.
