Notice how in cartoons, good girls never wear makeup. Bad girls do.

It underlines the cultural ideas that a girl should be pure, b/c a girl only wears makeup for one thing: to attract a mate.

You see this in Disney a lot, and in Hentai / Anime. The pure, good girl/woman is makeup-free while the evil harlot decked out in lip stick & eye-liner.

This dichotomy of makeup / no makeup sets sexual scenes, b/c it makes it clear there's a "pure girl" that has her virginity and purity on the line while the made-up bad girl whores are trying to sully her.

I guess I should clarify ... I'm not saying the girls in this picture with lipstick on are "bad girls" in the cartoon they're from. But, the artist is using the makeup / no makeup to setup who the whores vs good girls are in order to set the scene of debauchery. Tinks friends are clearly sluts now, b/c they've got makeup on, and now they're looking to destroy Tink's purity.

This is what happens when our society spends a lot of time making young girls fear sex and their sexuality instead of embracing it. You end up with women trapped in this "I want to get laid, but society will shun me as a whore" mentality that tears them apart.

And that is embodied in a lot of porn we see today... porn reflects the struggles people go through with sexuality these days. Guys want to feel like alpha males that can just show cock and have women dropping to their knees to suck it. Women want to feel tied down and taken; to have the release of the pressures of society telling them they have to be a good girl, but it being done by force, so they can still say they tried to be a good girl but a power greater then them forced them to succumb against their will.
