One more mystery. I've gone through the Trams and couldn't find this. Looking for the characters or the source cartoon for these characters. Many thanks again to the Anon who identified my last puzzle as Foster's characters.

Both of us but I don't think I ever saw that particular episode of Foster's. You might guess that I'm working my way through a couple of site rips tagging the images with their source shows. I don't miss many.

A mention has been made that this fellow has a passing resemblance to the priest performing the wedding ceremony for Prince Naveen and Charlotte on the New Orleans parade float. Opinions?
(Where does the girl come from? 'bout anywhere in the Quarter. :-)

With that suggestion and deep thought I'm going to agree that this is the priest from the wedding float in the mardi gras parade and the girl is simply one of the worst interpretations of Tiana in history. Actually, we just saw a doll in a thrift store that was supposed to be Tiana and it reminded me of this picture.
