Do they milk them twice or three times a day, like cows?

that's a good question anon 016.

Unlike regular humans, Holstaurus or Cowgirls, don't need to be pregnant to produce a steady flow of milk.
A subspecies of minotaur, these beastmen are very similar to dairy cows; and just like their four-legged brethren, can produce quite a lot of milk. The average production being about 380 oz. a day.

Most Domestic Holstaurs are milked once in the morning, usually after they've woken up; then later, right before sleep.

Wild Cowgirls however seem to have a more sporadic habit, milking frequently during the day and little to none at night; likely to prevent an opening for predators in the wild.
In both cases though, it's not unheard of for pregnant or older Holstaurs to require additional sessions on account of an increased milk production.
