if we wanna get technical about whats going on here I'd have to say that the kryptonian laser vision is bouncing off of her skin because she's using the absorbed solar radiation to not only harden her skin but make it more reflective.
aside from that might I just say kryptonians are bullshit and anyone who says otherwise doesn't get why lasers OUT of eyes are a poor evolutionary choice (it's because that would destroy the eyeball by creating intense heat within the eye causing their eyes to explode)
