They didn't steal it, they just did a shitty job at coloring it in. I don't know why someone with no skills in art or animation would try to finish someone else's work.

It's not even really bad actually. Just lacks shading. Also why the fuck are her eyelids blue? And the vein on the dick blue too? Just use a slightly darker yellow or something.
