Boy, your line work is decent.
but I would suggest tracing paper,a decent ball point pen and a lightbox.

Trace over the original image with tracing paper,that way your lines will be thin and possibly crisp.
from there tape your tracing paper to the lightbox followed by overlaying the paper you want to transfer over the picture (most likely printer paper.)
now that you can see your picture through the thicker paper re-trace the image using either your pen or a fine pencil(if possible a mechanical one for best results.)

Now your picture is nice and clean.
if you want, you can scan and print/copy your pic, it will give you multiples to practice different color and shading techniques to see which one you like best.

(If you can't afford a lightbox it's easy to make one with a flashlight a box and a cheap transparent clipboard.)

I'd like to see a new pic if you take my advice.
Alternatively fuck what I say, do it your way :)
