try this one, includes nude clothes for ALL genders and ages (nude children for example) (they dont have the details though)
a normal and erect penis for males which are at least young adult

just in case you dont get it working
go into the folder your sims game is located at
it works with Harddrive/USERNAME/Programs/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3
but I recommend copying this to the desktop (as I did)
anyways in the The Sims 3 Folder there is a "Mods" folder, if NOT create it, inside it there is a "Packages" Folder, you have to create it obviously if you had to create the Mods one and in the Packages one you put in the .package files, other files from the internet (like hair and clothes) will work the same way

this actually is me, dont worry I use my dsi and cant login somehow... anyways, I use the standart version cuz someone cracked his for me ... but here it gets stupid, if I run update/s the launcher says "your version isnt legal" which is kinda true but sucks so I`m stuck with the version I get by buying it :_; ... dunno the version name sry.. :<
