It doesn't look like this artist's prediction will be coming true. 2017 is more than half over, and we don't even have Soulcalibur VI yet, much less VII. I think the series is as good as dead at this point.
And for that matter, I'm pretty sure Sophitia is also dead as of Soulcalibur V.

It's just a joke on how much more revealing her outfit has gotten over the years - you'd think a loving wife and mother who was chosen by the God of the Forge would be more conservative with her attire.
But yeah, odds aren't good on a SC-VI right now.
