I have been wondering what the "my tags" option does exactly in option. I know that they will be accessible when I add or edit a post but I'm not sure how. Could someone explaine it to me or show me an example of how it works exactly?

After clicking the edit button on a post, directly under the area where you add tags to a post the section 'My Tags' will be shown with all the tags you have added to this section. Simply click on the tags from there to easily add them to the post.
