It means the post has child posts -.- ... It's grouped up with other images. And it was probably deleted due to a take-down notice. I don't recall the image exactly but that's the most likely reason.

If an Image was deleted it states a reason in the top bar. If it's deleted that means there IS a reason. I don't go around randomly deleting images just because I feel like it.
