Where do you go for advice on getting better at posting and drawing

Booru's are image hosting, it's generally not for getting advice or learning.

There are sites dedicated to that a google search away.

I've really just self taught myself on the posing, not the best at it. But I wonder if it's better to just draw a quick stick figure for the pose. Then draw the character along the lines.

And I'm the one who messed up.
