WHat is considered "poor quality"?
Is it pencil drawings in general? No matter how much effort was put into them?

I put heart and effort on some art.

That's something I have tried to figure out for years. I used to use images that have remained undeleted on the board as examples of what would qualify as "quality", but that method proved to be utterly useless. Leave it to say it depends on the mood of whoever is moderating the image at that particular time.

PQ cover anatomy, line art quality, shading, colouring, is the piece finished, is it rendered well, etc etc. many factors, we use it because time is short and we lack moderators on here, no one is stepping up.
