The front page is getting really bad for this, clicking anywhere will lead to a new tab/window and the previous tab/window will become an ad page now. It's obnoxious.

Its 1 per 12 hours doe, and its the ad that makes about as much money as all of the other ads combined. Though its likely that this ad type will be dropped somewhere mid 2018. We had this ad since 2012

i have adblock but yet i could see a "Gay Harem" ad on the left side of certain posts. Why is that there?

Because its not blocked on the big lists as its a pretty small game company.
