New Ads
wanted to see what others think of the new ads on the site. i keep getting redirected when i click on an image to other sites. really sad if this is how the site is going to be now if you ask me :(

The ads had been popping up like that longer than you think but that happens only one time no matter where you click at each time you enter the site. The ads are needed because that way the site gets funded. Without them, Xbooru would shut down just like another Booru site.

However, nothing should redirect you away from xbooru. We have no such redirection ads implemented, we do have popunders. A ad that pops under the current tab and you'll see if once you close xbooru.
If you're redirected away with every click then something is really wrong. We can try to report these to the ad nework. Information i need is page on xbooru, location, browser name and the ad page you are redirected to.

I go look at reported posts, 0 results. If there is a problem with some images or comments then hit the flag for deletion thing instead of coming in this topic and whining like a little cunt about how we aren't good enough and shit. If someone has an issue that i could solve (or try to) then i will. And the OP asked a legit question.
And then there's the other ppl who keep spamming topics about how this is end end of xbooru and bullshit doomsday scenario's, the next person doing that dumb shit is getting banned.
