To list its strongest points, it's a well-animated series with solid characters and designs, strong VA performances, has some of the catchiest and most addictive songs you'll ever find in any media, and yes, plenty of eye candy to go around. Lute is a big favorite of mine, I liken her to a bloodthirsty Raven, especially when she's unmasked. I'd definitely check it out!
