honestly to me it seems like your complaining more about there being a ton of mlp pictures with the furry tag instead of anthro mlp pictures itself being furry and that comment about sweetie bell you said that she is a pony without a cutie mark so her being anthro shows that she is a furry, besides most of the characters are ponies with or without their cutie marks they even address everyone by saying every pony, and fluttershy takes in alot of animals she is actually friends with a bear. besides in that last comment you did say that sweetie bell is a pony and her cutie mark doesnt play any part in her being a pony now you are intitled to your own opinion but that cant change the fact that all anthro mlp pictures are furrys at this point i think you have got to question yourself on whether or not you believe your opinion to be fact or if you are just saying that anthro mlp pictures are not furrys because you dont want to admit it

It is rumored that she did take in a Changeling, though.

I...wasn't complaining I was just saying if a artist draws any old character and he/she has intentions of making that character an anthro pony that that picture can be tagged as both my little pony(friendship is magic), and it should be. I believe it just shouldn't be tagged as furry it makes the furry fandom seem like the same exact fandom as the pony fandom and it isn't. Do you believe they are two different fandoms?

they are 2 different fandoms but something, in this case anthro mlp, can cross and be appart of both fandoms at the same time like i said before no matter how i look at it anthro my little pony is still furry regardless if someone in the fandom doesnt want it because they show human and animal characteristics and that is the definition of a furry their cutie mark is basicly a tattoo that appears when they discover what they are meant to do and them being apart of a show doesnt change anything

Hi there, do you believe that my little pony post should be tagged as Furry? I believe that furry should be in a different category. Opinions?

So Pokémon would count as being furry, but not My Little Pony? How does that work?

For me, furry is a category before it is a fandom; if a fictional character has fur, the depictions of them will fall under the furry tag; ponies have fur while humans do not, technically

If the My Little Pony characters are drawn as ponies or humanoid ponies, the art should be tagged as furry and if they are drawn as humans, (like with Equestria Girls or gijinkas) then the furry tag would be left off... that's how I see it, anyway

Ok let's look at this from the fandoms perspective...say there is a person in an applejack costume...would any of you say the person underneath that costume is a furry?

but we are talking about anthro animals here not a person in a costume and if it was a person in a costume you would label the costume for example the kind of species of animal they are and not the person inside it not to mention that this is also drawing where anything can happen also you would not say that the disney robin hood is someone in a costume you would say that most everyone in that movie is a furry so saying that a picture based on a show regardless of if it is fan character or not you are not considering that there is a human in a costume you are considering what can only be seen i mean in a picture showing only men you would not say that there are women in there when it only shows men
